Sarvodaya’s Department of Clinical Psychology deals with the assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of mental illness and psychological disorders. Our experienced clinical psychologists work with individuals, families, and groups to help them cope with mental health issues, emotional problems, and behavioural disorders. Mental health issues can have a significant impact on an individual’s life. Our clinical psychologists help people manage their symptoms, improve their mental health and well-being, and enhance their quality of life. They also conduct research to better understand the causes and treatments of mental health issues.We provide patients with several therapies, such as biofeedback therapy, trauma-focused therapies, mindfulness-based therapies, cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), family therapy and more. The specific therapy used depends on the individual's needs and the type of mental health issue they are experiencing. We help our patients cope with their issues by providing them with a safe space to share their issues and concerns.
